We are proud to have supported a record number of moves in 2025, with both high-touch destination services and our high-tech mobility platform.

To ensure we are exactly where your talent needs us to be, we expanded our physical reach significantly. Relocity Guide is now available in 900+ global cities, and our high-touch Relocity Concierge service is active in 40+ in-person markets, including our newest expansion this year to Houston and Boise.

Not to mention, Relocity Advisor offers remote human support from our dedicated advisors virtually anywhere in the U.S. and Canada (3,000+ cities and towns across North America).

Our ecosystem grew stronger in 2025 as we welcomed major global leaders to our client roster.

This year brought new strategic alliances with AltoVita and Vialto Partners to better serve the global mobility industry. By incorporating AltoVita’s temporary housing inventory, Relocity enhances its visual map feature, providing a streamlined, one-click experience for employees to select and book their temporary housing unit. Employees can now choose accommodations ranging from temporary to permanent housing - based on office locations, commuting options, schools, and neighborhood information.

Plus, as the white-labeled technology behind a new app – VialtoGuide, Powered by Relocity – we’re on a mission to put control and flexibility in the hands of your employees, while ensuring enhanced duty of care, visibility and cost control for employers.

This approach ensures every employee receives the right information, in the right format, at the right moment. What's more, this is all available within a fully white-labeled experience that's aligned to your brand and mobility policies.

Journey-Triggered Smart Surveys: Gain unheard-of visibility into the relocation journey — especially for non-managed moves — collecting valuable data on supplier performance and move experience. Our contextually-aware surveys trigger at key moments to capture feedback when it matters most, all within the app. 

Enhanced Concierge Experience: We've invested heavily in empowering our Personal Hosts with internal tools that automate administrative tasks so they can focus on what matters: providing personalized guidance and white-glove destination services, to help your employees find homes faster and settle in with confidence. Your talent arrives on day one ready to contribute, not exhausted from navigating relocation alone.

The result of this focus on technology and quality service? We maintained an outstanding 4.96 out of 5 mobile talent satisfaction rating across our app experience and destination services.
