Rental Reports have highlighted the slowdown in inflation in Dublin. This has been driven largely by fresh rental supply. These Multi-Rental units are located primarily on the outskirts of Dublin City and have added thousands of homes to the Dublin rental supply.

Demand still outweighs supply in Dublin with availability still the primary issue when it comes to searching for a home to rent. A rapid population increase and lack of newly built homes still remains the issue. However, availability is trending in the right direction.
