Ten Years of Moving What Matters

Written by Relocity | June 29, 2026

When I moved my family from Germany to Los Angeles, I spent the whole experience wishing someone had built something better. More human, more intuitive, more thoughtful. Better for the employee going through it and for the employer trying to care for them. No one had. That absence became a conviction: that people deserved more at one of the most significant moments in their working lives, and that the right combination of technology and human expertise could actually deliver it.

A Decade in Numbers

The numbers, when I stop to reflect on them, are humbling.

Since we started, the Relocity platform has supported 100,000+ relocated employees across 1,300+ destinations worldwide, including 40+ markets across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. Our Hosts and Advisors have delivered more than 1 million hours of service, helping someone find their footing in a new city, a new country, a new chapter of their life.

We've partnered with 400+ corporate clients, including 25% of the Fortune 500 and 50% of Dow Jones companies, and earned a 4.96 out of 5 Concierge customer satisfaction rating from the employees we serve. That number is one I'm more proud of than any revenue milestone.

But the story of this decade isn't only a service story. It's a technology story too. With a utilization rate of up to 95.7% and more than 34 million in-app interactions, our app puts a consumer-grade mobile experience directly in the hands of relocating employees. We built Relocity around the belief that the right combination of technology and human expertise could transform this experience, and those numbers are proof that employees are using it, relying on it, and finding genuine value in it.

But behind every one of those numbers is a person. A family. A story.

What I keep coming back to is a particular kind of moment: an employee who relocated with us and described it afterward as the first move that felt designed for their actual life. That's the validation of everything we set out to do at the start.

Recognition That Reflects the Work

Over the past decade, the global mobility industry has consistently recognized Relocity for the quality and human care behind what we build. Our partners have honored us with awards including multiple Cartus Commitment to Excellence and Platinum awards, the Aires Circle of Excellence, the Altair Global All Star and Super Star awards, the NEI Service Exceeding Expectations award, and the Sirva Innovation Award, among others.

The Forum for Expatriate Management has named us Destination Services Provider of the Year across multiple years and regions, and recognized our work in employee experience, sustainability, and partnership with leading enterprises including Johnson & Johnson. Beyond mobility, Deloitte ranked us number 198 on the 2023 Technology Fast 500 and the Financial Times named us one of the Americas' Fastest Growing Companies in 2024, recognition that reflects not just the service we deliver, but the technology platform driving it.

Each of these recognitions reflects something more than a trophy. It reflects thousands of moves handled with care, hundreds of relationships built on trust, and a team that's never stopped raising the bar on what this industry can look like.

To the People Who Made This Real

This anniversary belongs to the Relocity team, past and present. You took a bet on an idea before it was proven and helped make it real. Your work is in everything we've built.

To our clients and partners: you gave us the opportunity to earn your confidence early, when this category didn't yet have a name, and you challenged us to keep getting better. The trust you placed in us shaped the company we became. Thank you for growing with us.

And to every employee who let us be part of one of the most significant moments of their lives: we don't take that lightly. Not for a single move. Every satisfaction rating, every piece of feedback, every message from someone who said the experience exceeded their expectations is the reason this company exists.

What the Next Ten Years Look Like

The world is moving faster than it ever has. We've always built for where the industry is heading, not where it's been. That's not changing. If anything, we're better positioned for what's ahead than we've ever been. The platform is deeper, the team is stronger, and the reason we exist is as clear to me today as it was the morning I decided someone should fix this.

Ten years is a milestone worth celebrating. But more than that, it's a reminder of why we started and a signal of how much further we intend to go.

Thank you for being part of the journey.

With gratitude,

Klaus Siegmann, CEO and Founder, Relocity
